[ShopeePay] How do I reactivate a disabled ShopeePay account?

To reactivate your disabled ShopeePay account, you can contact Shopee Customer Service via the channels at the bottom of the page with these details:

 

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
  • Shopee Account Username 
  • Explanation of circumstances such as lost/stolen phone
  • Screenshot of disabled ShopeePay account (if applicable) 

 

If you didn't save some of these details within your Shopee account, you can still contact us. Our Customer Service agents will further advise you.

 

Your account will be reactivated in 3 working days.

 

 

⚠️ Note:

 

  • To verify that it's you requesting a ShopeePay account reactivation, we'll check against your submitted verification details. 
 
  • However, if you do not have sufficient details saved within your Shopee account, it may take longer than 3 working days to reactivate your ShopeePay account.
